would love to buy it, i will be at the auction for something else so will see what it goes for i reckon around £340k with another 100k to spend, will make a lovely unique home.

There was one like that that used to be a part of a salvage yard in killamarsh. It closed down, the site was sold and levelled and left. Still left doing nowt - and I hope who ever bought it is losing money on it.

Not many pictures considering the amount of rooms. I would love to buy it, but i bet it's a money pit!! Also burley spa is for sale but that's listed, even worse! What you thing the station will go for Jeffrey?

If only I had plenty of spare cash, would make a unique home for someone. Tbh I thought it had already been turned into a house

I doubt it. He'd have no transport links to where he'd now be working.

That's not a problem.

 

A mate of mine drives the first route of the day for Stagecoach and gets to the bus depot by scooter.
