It's not that difficult, I'll give you another example to help you understand.

 

The Catholic Church as an organisation has covered up child sexual abuse.

 

I'm sure you'll agree that's a really bad thing to do.

 

Do I think all Catholics have covered up child sexual abuse?........No

 

Do I think the Catholic Church is a diabolical organisation?.......Yes

 

Do you see the difference?

 

(One could also question why anyone would want to be part of an organisation that has covered up child sex abuse, but that's probably a discussion for another day)
