It is not legal to buy and hasn't been for a while now.

 

While Spice is illegal to sell in final form it's a lot easier to move around the basic legal chemical substances used to make up spice than it is to move an illegal substance in Cannabis. I'd rather we had a regulated alternative, tested to ensure maximum safety for those who consume this type of substances because it's becoming more and more obvious that people will consume these substances legal or not.

On West St this morning there were a lot of people crashed out and zombiefied in front of the Beehive pub and then later a couple of blokes were asking people if they knew where they could get some spice.

Alcohol a drug, that's news to me my friend. Even if it were to be labelled a drug, it is most definitely legal to take, unlike the drugs we are talking about. I must have lead a very sheltered life.

Unless they're alcoholics, then calling them junkies is ridiculous. It would be more accurate to call them drug users.

Alcohol is therefore a drug.
