Police incident in lowedges 29/06/2018

Recommended Posts

Not far from where the stabbing was a few weeks ago, yhe police have got the road taped off. Several police cars present, also 2 fire engines and several incident response paramedics present. 2 paramedics sat in road stopping cars and two sat on grass stopping pedestrians walking that way. The paramedics were waiting on further instructions from the police. The crew of paramedics talking to pedestrians had been sent from rotherham. So it must be something requiring specialist skills.

Just because the paramedics came from Rotherham doesn't necessarily mean they have special skills. They will send whoever the nearest people are to the incident.

They were with the paramedic incident response vans, so they werent your normal everyday paramedics, think they call them has team or something like that from programmes i have seen about that they get sent to stabbings, shootings, dealings with chemicals, major traumas, mountain rescue type accidents etc.

Linking the Sainsbury’s to Lowedges Road is clutching at straws... it’s several hundred yards from one end of a mile long road.

It's not really as abstract as that. The old Bradway Hotel pub, on the site of what is now the Sainsbury's supermarket, closed down eventually due to some of the low life scum off Lowedges making it unsustainable. And that's the problem with Bradway. At one time it used to be a very nice, "better" suburb of Sheffield, but it's contaminated by it's proximity to Lowedges now. Parts of Bradway are well away from it of course and are still very nice, but the whole area of Bradway suffers from the proximity of Lowlifedeges.

Yeah. That sainsbury is about 100 meters away from lowedges. I dont know why s8 Blade has a problem with me mentioning that  its definately not several hundred yards.

The HART team are based in Leeds. Due to it being a suspected cyanide attack, the HART team will be specially trained to assist the fire chemical team. 999 rescue squad on UKTV is the program I believe you are talking about.

Actually it had one window broken on or about the weekend of 26/27th May. It's taken a few weeks to get if fixed. (I have a photo on 29th!)

When I was a kid in the 1960's growing up on Lowedges we used to always go up around Bradway carol singing. We knew there was more money up there and a more appreciative audience.

I suppose we thought that our music was culturally bringing the two areas together.

We could get back on the estate with our trouser pockets full all ready to spend at Mr Martins, Ditchfields or Jacksons.

That's the team I meant couldn't remember if I had heard has or hart, deafness doesn't help lol, knew they covered all of Yorkshire and attended chemical incidents, there were 3 or 4 of their vans there. That's the programme.
