If you under price your item on an auction site, you have only yourself to blame, there are safe guards like "reserved price" etc. so use them. A buyer cannot determine the actual item you purchased through feedback left by someone who sold you something so - no problem.

Generally items go for less (sometimes considerably so) on collection-only for obvious reasons, and if you re-market it with a delivery service then you should expect a higher price as you will have a far larger number of potential buyers.

 

Make sure the description is accurate highlighting any flaws etc with good photos, and give good timely communications to the buyer.
