No , it always prompts me to enter a password or username is wrong.

The first time I solved this problem, I reinstalled new OS, and that was a painful lesson.
The second time I solved this problem, I used the boot disk.

I'm not advocating any brute force cracking, because it's a risky thing to use before you know anything about cracking tools.
