melthebell   863 #77 Posted May 4, 2018 People losing their jobs and all some are worried about is whether they can get a cheap bargain. Shame on you all. its EXACTLY why they are losing their jobs, its always been far more expensive than the competitors, blame their management. The point is its closing down YET STILL the prices are still way higher than their competitors
 Share this content via...
Obelix   11 #78 Posted May 4, 2018 People losing their jobs and all some are worried about is whether they can get a cheap bargain. Shame on you all.  You think we should pour money into them to make them feel better then for a short period?  Maplins went pop because they didnt offer what people wanted in sufficient amounts at the right price to make a profit. If the staff didnt see that coming and it's been a long tim then you get caught on the hop sadly.
 Share this content via...
alchresearch   214 #79 Posted May 4, 2018 People losing their jobs and all some are worried about is whether they can get a cheap bargain. Shame on you all.  What about all the years the shop staff worked there and knew full well they were ripping off the public? They've had YEARS to get out and find a more honest job.  And if they had no idea that their products were many times more expensive than other suppliers they had no business working there in the first place. Cyclone   10 #80 Posted May 4, 2018 People losing their jobs and all some are worried about is whether they can get a cheap bargain. Shame on you all.  What would you like us to do, the shops are closing because they were terrible value. I'm sure that the staff will go on to find other jobs in retail.
 Share this content via...
