They are building much higher on land they already own - most of the new development is on the low rise and car parks next to the National Centre for Popular Music. They will then make a fortune by selling the whole of the Collegiate Campus for housing.

They have just spent a fortune on Collegiate Campus with new buildings and also refurbishing the older ones. They currently have Kier working on their buildings on Broomhall Road and Victoria Road carrying out refurbishments. I think they will be holding on to them locations.

Please explain how that comment is moaning? It DOES look expensive!! Are you saying that it looks cheap?

 

Lamborghini cars look expensive, is that moaning? If so, what am I moaning about? Can you deny that they DO look expensive?
