Penistone999   10 #33 Posted February 19, 2018 Or maybe the ambulance driver had just had enough of being abused whilst doing his job and decided to make a stand in the only way he could..  What was abusive in that note ? Nothing.  Just a frustrated resident fed up of people parking in front of her drive. No need to call the plod  ---------- Post added 19-02-2018 at 22:55 ----------  I think you missed the report of verbal abuse of the crew, which is a public order offence.  Im sure you are old enough to remember the " sticks and stones " rhyme ? Cyclone   10 #34 Posted February 19, 2018 They actually parked IN her drive. I can understand why she was a bit miffed.  I'd be somewhat bemused if I came home (or out) to find an ambulance in my driveway...
 Share this content via...

No need to call the plod  ---------- Post added 19-02-2018 at 22:55 ----------   Im sure you are old enough to remember the " sticks and stones " rhyme ?  It was a <removed> ambulance .  Ive had people block me in before and it's annoying. But I'd be hard pressed to get angry at a badly parked ambulance. And as far as I can see it wasn't over a drive, it was just in "her spot" not blocking her drive.  Oh and she's a teaching assistant from what I've read. I can understand why she was a bit miffed. I'd be somewhat bemused if I came home (or out) to find an ambulance in my driveway...   Ive not seen that? All the reports Ive seen or read said they were parked in a parking space on the side road.  Shes also been charged with a Section 5 Public Order Offence and Breach of a Restraining Order, so theres obviously a lot more to the story than the note she wrote.
