Maybe they read The Daily Mail and they believe what they have read.

Or the Guardian that tells the sheep what to think.

Did you get that from the Guardian?

Once in our waters we have a duty of care it's pretty straight forward.

The Border Agency did research about migrants motivations, worth a read

You know when people said "all lives matter", well it turns out they don't.

Oh these liberal do gooders not wanting corpses washing up on Kent's shore line.

I would guess people flying in and overstaying thier visas is a much much higher number.

Can only find a number from a few years back and 600,000 were unaccounted for.

Seems our system for checking was overwhelmed and disfunctional.

If they have a passport and can dress well, they can buy a airline ticket much cheaper than a place in a storage  container.

Is that a Daily Mail cryptic crossword clue?

Don’t worry, the All Lives Matter brigade are in talks with the Taking Control of Are Borders brigade to see if they can persuade the French to sort it out for us.

Imagine if we had thousands of illegal migrants desperate to get to France - imagine the uproar if we tried to stop them from leaving?

Anyway, can't see France doing much to stop them after 31/12/20 - think they're only doing lip service at the moment as we're in our transisition period but once that's over then it' s not their problem any more.

Law of unintended consequences I guess 🤷‍♂️

This from the BBC is worth a read and makes a bit more sense.

Apparently an unnamed MoD source says it's "completely potty" to get the Navy involved as they are military resources, yet they have all taken an oath of allegiance to the Queen and are controlled by Government. As we are not at war I would have thought that putting them to use would be a good thing.

Defence chiefs are considering a request from the Home Office for help to deal with migrants attempting to cross the English Channel.

Is that how Government works? The Home Office asks MOD if they can help, the MOD then tell the BBC that they have asked.

They then think about their answer.

Surely the Government will ask what type of craft the MOD has in the area, if they are able they will then be required to help.
