Any post delivered today?

Its been pretty lethal on our road / pavements all day and no sign of postie (I am expecting an urgent letter) - do they not work in this weather? or is it only some areas? who decides?

They work every day in all weathers, whether they can get to you is a different matter.

The likliehood is that they're either delayed or the letter you want isn't arriving.

S2 delivered on time

The posties in S10 got sent home. One of the lorries from the mail centre couldn't reach the office. The houses walkable from the delivery office got a delivery with the few letters that made it up there.

yes ive had a birthday card 4 weeks late, postcode not quite right but all you have to do is check the address ,as we get mail with no postcode
