selliot   10 #13 Posted November 27, 2017 Oooooo, I don’t know. What if it’s a ghost with a 80’s fashion dress sense? That’s probably what scared the dogs off, big massive shoulder pads ?  And an 80s perm...  ---------- Post added 27-11-2017 at 18:54 ----------  It was just a thought, its been known before. Let me know how it goes!.  Called Streets Ahead this morning – they were going to get someone out today to have a look. They didn't accuse me of being mad, so looks like it may well be some electrical problem causing the dogs to get a shock.
 Share this content via...

Nah, I still say it a ghost, the ghost of my love life.
 Share this content via...

storey1984 Â Â 10 #19 Posted November 28, 2017 I'm just amazed someone has rang streets ahead because their dog "freaked out". Â Well my dog was freaking out earlier in our own back yard. Other half came out to see and saw nothing. Turns out lady two doors up has had an attempted break in, they must have walked up path at rear of property. So I would listen to my dog aswell. As I think I said in my original post, he screamed as if in pain and ran out onto a busy road (he's 8 and has never done that before). I rang streets ahead because I googled it and it looks likely there was an electrical fault with the lamppost. Turns out electric shocks from lampposts are a Thing. Would hate for an animal (or a child!) to be seriously hurt as a result.
 Share this content via...
