I think 5 men were shot, two killed, about 1962.

 

I knew the two brothers Don( severely disabled by the wounds) and Michael McFarlane (killed)- .

The gunman was a mentally-ill Somali, after serving a sentence here he went back to Somalia and did the same again!

Both Keith Ellis and Michael Mc Farland were in our class at Burngreave.

My father was in the shooting at the East House in 1960 luckily he survived he was the gentleman that was shot through the wrist.

Yes he was. How do you know him?

I was in the same class as your dad at Burngreave and at one time when they lived just off Carlisle street we kept pigeons together,1950-52.
