You can add Jack Scott (80 I think)to that list, 19 consecutive Billboard chart entries between 1957 and 1959, only Elvis had more. Can't do the link thing , but if you google, you will recognise some of his tunes.. Great voice. One of his hits " Goodbye Baby" was Elvis' favourite song when it was in the charts.

Dave Bartholomew who recorded in his own right as well as collaborating with Fats Domino is 98 going on 99.

Dave Bartholomew - The Monkey (Speaks His Mind)

Lloyd Price is still with us; a few months younger than Little Richard

Lloyd Price - Lawdy Miss Clawdy (produced Dave Bartholomew)

Art Rupe, the boss of Specialty, the label who released many of Lloyd Price' and Little Richard's famous sides is still alive to, at 100.

Nice to hear Lioyd Price is still around, he had two massive hits in the UK i.e. Stagger Lee and Personality. I knew he had done Lawdy Miss Clawdy, but didn't know it was that old. That was one of my favourite Elvis songs. I remember the Bartholomew name from my old Fats Domino records. It used to have that name in brackets ( songwriter) on almost all of Fats' songs.

A resident of New Orleans, Fats lost all his possessions in the floods caused by Hurricane Katrina (2005), and made several public appearances to aid relief efforts.

Indeed he did, all his gold records were swept away. I heard that the record companies replaced them a few years later, but a lot of rock history got swept into the Gulf of Mexico after Katrina.
