Nice to hear Lioyd Price is still around, he had two massive hits in the UK i.e. Stagger Lee and Personality. I knew he had done Lawdy Miss Clawdy, but didn't know it was that old. That was one of my favourite Elvis songs. I remember the Bartholomew name from my old Fats Domino records. It used to have that name in brackets ( songwriter) on almost all of Fats' songs. Â Indeed he did, all his gold records were swept away. I heard that the record companies replaced them a few years later, but a lot of rock history got swept into the Gulf of Mexico after Katrina.
