Millhouses Esporta / Virgin Active whats happening?

I now often walk past the gym to get to Pure gym which I go to now it looks like one of those buildings you'd see on youtube abandonded buildings graffiti everywhere there is fencing all around it but itsbeen smashed and all bent steel shutters the have been attempted to be peeled back just an eerie emptyness to it. There are now signs dotted around it saying cctv etc and somtimes right by the windows of the swimming pool is a dog unit police van which Ive seen a few times now

Hello does anyone know what is happening with the old Virgin active/esporta gym in millhouses it appears to be getting pulled down does anyone know what is going to be there?

As I was driving past the old Virgin Gym on Archer Road the other day I noticed that there was building work going on in the site. 

Does anyone have any Information on what's happening there?
