After so many years it will probably come down to who you believe.

A misogynist judge and friend of a man who thinks that there is nothing wrong with sexual assault or a psychology professor who has risked everything to bring this matter to the public's attention?

Ive not heard about the misogyny , do tell . Do you believe the accuser should give evidence of the alleged crime ?

... and this:

Newly Released Emails Show Brett Kavanaugh May Have Perjured Himself at Least Four Times:

https://www.thedailybeast.com/newly-released-emails-show-brett-kavanaugh-may-have-perjured-himself-at-least-four-times

Not just in a court of law but before the Senate itself.

I'm interested in how this will eventually play out. In 'normal' politics by now we would have gone well past the point where all sides agreed that it was in everyone's interest to drop Kavanaugh's nomination.

In Trump's world however, I can see him screaming and shouting, stamping his feet and firing off insane Tweets demanding that his will comes first. The problem Trump has is that most conservative justices are much older than Kavanaugh and his idea is to put in place a relatively young Supreme Court judge so that any crank legislation he passes is secured for years after he goes to jail.

The unadulterated nastiness of the man still shocks me sometimes. Under his leadership funds are being cut to cancer research, HIV/AIDS, mental health programmes, Head Start, women's shelters and substance abuse to fund locking up more migrant children.

So they shouldn't pay for housing of those children?

Clearly, you haven't read your posts :suspect:

Was it a rant involving the word "leftist"? I bet it was! :hihi:

I have had two posts removed and I have not called anyone names and I have now come to the conclusion that you can't win on here if you try to give Trump the benefit of the doubt.

"Loony left" LOL, you just can't help yourself :hihi:

Nothing loony about showing some compassion, fair play and empathy for others ;)

A Republican, appointed to his position by Trump... doesn't that ruin your narrative somewhat? :suspect:

Drain the Swamp! :hihi:

Most likely responses to other posts that are insulting and get removed, they all get binned.

I said the anti Trump brigade so the narrative sticks, the left are loony when it comes to democracy and seem to think that only their version of it is valid.

Trump won the election fair and square and all the left continue to do is whinge, cry, obstruct, violate and become violent. Your responses are as predictable as Top Cats and others on here.

Hardly, Rosenstein is Trumps man and he only hires the best people :hihi:

Not really true though.. is it

Trump won the election fair and square

More people voted for someone else :?

Pretty sure there an investigation that is on-going to determine if it was "fair and square" :?

and all the left continue to do is whinge, cry, obstruct, violate and become violent.

Of course, that's why Rosenstein is a Republican! ... oh hang oh.... :suspect::hihi:

Well, they are based in reality so they're not that hard to predict :hihi:

Out of interest, who're the loopy ones in this piece? :?

I know that Trump is a total sleaze but unless he was there perving during these two assaults, how on earth does he know what went on?

"Trump says Brett Kavanaugh accusations 'totally political'"

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-45629767

Expect more claims of sexual assault in the weeks ahead. If Kavanaugh is 53 and was sexually assaulting women at 17, it's highly unlikely that these two assaults were the only ones in the last 35 years! :suspect:

More evidence of his lies and incompetence - May last year, promises drug companies will soon make ''massive'' voluntary price cuts. What's actually happened?

Since the start of this year prices for branded prescription drugs have risen over 4,400 times.

I've been reading recently about how people are starting to move in significant numbers from hotter places in the US, such as Phoenix, to cooler places such as Flagstaff (both in Arizona) because the temperatures are rising steadily. And in Florida people are starting to move to places higher above sea level because of concerns over sea level rise, and areas close to sea level are seeing property prices drop. Both states voted for Trump in 2016 but by small margins. If people acknowledge climate change in where they live and move to, it begs the question "Why vote for a climate change denier?" And will they vote differently next time?

Phoenix and Florida are still increasing in population.

Phoenix was 2nd in the list of fastest growing cities last year.

Phoenix does not have the water supplies to sustain these levels of growth and will have serious issues.

Population increase in Florida is pushing more and more development onto the lower-lying coastal areas that are prone to flooding.

Those with the money buy on higher ground, but we can see similar patterns in the UK. Even here in Sheffield people will tell you that some new developments will flood.
