My group and I are currently writing a news story for one of our assignments based on the Ikea evacuation over the weekend. We recently interviewed a customer who was left stranded in the stairwell with her disabled father who is in a wheelchair as there was no suitable exit for them to evacuate the store. I was messaging to find out if you would be interested in sharing your thoughts on Ikea not having a suitable disabled access, which could be included in the news story.
