If they ask you to pay for a photo-shoot-portfolio then don't waste your time and money. If they think you got something they will snatch you up and invest in you.

Not for DM, as I only made it to an interview, apparently i'm not catalogue material. As for Glam, they get you the work, you get paid per shoot, they take a percentage ( if I remember rightly ), and you pay your own taxes, so your technically self employed. I only had a contract for a couple of months, so I can't say more than that. I never made it to a shoot. My mum became very ill, so I left. Anyways, I couldn't walk properly in high heels.I still can't. The woman in charge is very good tho.
