Hi any bmw experts who can help me with my car please putting key in key insert the remote fob with 3 buttons style key not starting car or even bringing dash lights up or anything

If you have an electric toothbrush you may be able to charge the key by placing it as close as possible to the base

They're not a sealed unit, here's how to change the battery.
