Free cafe/meeting space?

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a small meeting room in Sheffield able to host seven people for around four hours on a date to be determined. We would likely order breakfast and coffees but as we work for the NHS we have no budget to spend on the room itself. Does anyone have any ideas?

What about Edison's by the cathedral? Fairly spacious, and there's an upstairs space which they use for functions. Good coffee and cakes too
