Best of the cheap brand weed killers

My garden is a weeds paradise. I'm not in a position to dig them up nor is anyone I know so, it has to be weed killer reluctantly. What's the best of the cheaper brands?

Also , my neighbour's cat goes on a wander via my garden. How do I stop the cat being hurt? Do I by law have to tell everyone who has a cat?

I wouldnt go cheap as iv tried a few and they don't work. the best one and best value is one that contains glyphosate. I used to get it from wilco in a concentrate you dilute your self but not sure if they have it anymore.
