An Intresting Fact

Recommended Posts

If you are on high rate (enhanced) mobility, meaning you have GREAT difficulty in MOVING/WALKING etc. you can't get your rubbish bins collected and returned, you can't keep your disabled bus pass after the age of 65 (meanng you have restrictions on when you catch a bus. and no travel on trains without paying.

If your on the enhanced rate of Daily living , meaning you need help washing dressing, preparing food etc. you can ask for your bin to be collected and returned, you can keep your disability bus pass after the age of 65 giving you unrestricted access to buses and free travel on trains in your area.

Surly BOTH groups should be entitled to have there bins collected and have unfettered access to buses and trains.
