Any PSOOC in Sheffield?

Looking for peugeot owners who attend the monthly meets at Carbrook Hall? I've just joined the club n want to get to know the local boys.

I'm also a member of the PSOOC (M@tt - onthe forum) but i've only been to one meet out at Carbrook but that was quite a while ago as i'd only just got my pug and it was off the road. However hardly anyone there had Peugeots anyway, they'd all sold them for something more reliable could be different now though a chap called Dennis Langley organised it. They were a nice friendly bunch though.

 

However there are now quite a few 205 gti owners from around Sheffield who've finally go their 205's back on the road after various restoration projects, most of these are members of the PSOOC as well as active members of www . 205gtidrivers . com

 

Infact Henry York whos the chairman of the PSOOC is a local chap and has recently finished his custom 205 CTI Turbo and i know he is quite keen to revive the Yorkshire meets as we've now got quite a few new finished motors about as mentioned.

 

My 205 has been rebuilt from the ground up including full respray and a mi16 engine transplant and should be on tyhe road as of Monday as it's booked in for it's MOT so fingers crossed, so all being well i'll be up for coming to the meets again.

 

In addition to the PSOOC meet at the pub i know that us 205 boys will shortly be arranging some meets and drives out in the peaks etc so your more than welcome to come along as the more the merrier.

 

Oh and infact there is the annual PSOOC event on July 2nd - Pugfest 06 (free to PSOOC members) and were doing a bit of a convoy down on the Saturday from Sheffield as we're camping over on the Saturday night and hill sprinting on the Sunday so again feel free to tag along if you are up for it.

Yep, there are a few of us around!!

 

We have cheap track days and the works available. Also a good network to get spares and discounts at City Motors etc

 

There are also Derbyshire group meets wich are quite large at Chesterfield that I also attend.

 

Matt is looking at getting us some space at Sheffield Transport Show at Graves park too.

A friend of mine has just put a Mi16 into his pug 205.

well if he's interested we're having a north 205 gti drivers meet on sunday 16th july up near skipton. we'll be having a bit of a convoy up there from sheffield if he fancies joining us.
