Do we all agree that predictions should be submitted before kick-off and if so, should future predictions be disallowed if not submitted before kick-off ??

Yep, post before kick off is the rule. That said, 1500 on here may not reflect reality and in MS's case all relevant games are 0-0, so no advantage has been gained.

To allow for time discrepancies, maybe kick off plus 2 minutes should be acceptable providing no advantage has been gained?

I agree that in this case no advantage has been gained which is why I let Marks predictions go through. I'm not so sure about kick-off plus 2 minutes as theoretically, that first 2 minutes of play could indicate if a team was totally dominant which would give an advantage to anyone posting within your proposed 2 minute window.

 

Maybe to be absolutely clear and fair to all, predictions should be submitted before kick-off ???
