Pub Crawling in the '70's - in Sheffield city centre

Recommended Posts

Can't remember the exact order but we used to pub crawl on a Sunday night. Started in the Mulberry, dove and Rainbow, golden Ball, compleat Angler, pig and whistle, ending in a cheeseburger from a kiosk in fitzalen square then taxi home. Loved Sunday nights round town.

Dunno about town but on our lads night out we went doen the cliffe early 90s

Start in greyhound then onto travellers. Out of back door and into cocked hat. Couldnt swear in there. Good job my old man was usually in and knew the proprieters alec and ethel very well as we were all competative at bar billiards. Lol.

Then onto brittania then station. Horse and jockey then finish in sportsman for after bird and cards. Or stay in station then go for a curry in al ameer.
