Where sells a good banana split?

Recommended Posts

Many many years ago Atkinsons in Sheffield used to have the most amazing ice cream bar. I know they still have a café upstairs but not sure if they still do them or infact to the same standard!!

I love banana milk shakes with fruit and ice cream rather than powder. But I think the only where to get them is at home. Sometimes I,d like that runny chocolate drizzle you get. But I haven't noticed it in the shops. :-/

There is a place on London road, a few shops down from the Sainsbury on the corner, which I'm sure sells a banana split, if you're still looking for one!

Doctor will give you some tablets for that.

Whitbys fish and chip restaurant just off the Parkway near Morrisons does the best one I've had in recent years. Proper fresh whipped cream not aerosol stuff.

There's been a sudden burst of ice cream parlours opening in Sheffield (West St, London Rd and I presume on the Wicker?) - i dare say you could get one in any of those.
