was talking to a worker from Q floor it seems that there is no practiced evacuation procedure in place.

The worker i talked to had had no training in the two years they have worked there.no reason to tell lies.

The 'worker on Q floor' is not aware of the plans for evacuation - that doesn't mean that there aren't any in place !

Maybe the 'worker on Q floor' needs to make themselves aware of these plans - speak to their manager.

Where is Hampshire Hospital? What county is it in? If the person is unaware of something they should find out

Its MANDATORY for every member of Sheffield Teaching Hospital staff to have fire training EVERY YEAR and fire alarm testing and drills do happen at random times. You were misinformed or the person you spoke to is in breach of their employment contract.....

I worked at the Hallamshire for almost twenty years, for the University, but even as a uni employer, I was obliged to attend a yearly fire lecture.
