When you are not for any reason, you are treated like scum... This is the "fairer society" .................  This is true.  Same with mistakes - try getting them to admit they ever make any...  As far as they're concerned, all mistakes are your fault, even though half of them don't seem to have a clue what they're doing. You can always contact someone by phone and even a visit will be assessed and booked in to deal with the problem in good time. The phone line goes straight to the benefit fraud office and they come and collect you, never to be heard of again. Try reading something other than the right wing press for once!
