Very generous odds for QPR as I can't recall when they last won a game, I think even the bottom five clubs: Rotherham, Wigan, Blackburn, Forest and Birmingham each got more points than them over the last few games. (Not enough to save the bottom 3), Ian Holloway is still their manger, so I think darkness and League 1 looms for them.

David Moyes has gone downhill faster than Franz Klammer.

Warnocks football belongs in the dark ages, things have moved on. He'll be back tending his farm in Cornwall by February waiting for another rescue job, may even be one of his old clubs :hihi:

Warnock did well with Cardiff months season just gone. Whether it belongs in the dark ages is irrelevant if it gets results .

I'd have Hull lower and Preston much higher. Preston one of the better sides I saw last season, admittedly on TV

Bit surprised to see Barnsley as rank outsiders considering the season they had,but I think there is a possibility of Paul Heckinbottom moving on soon.Sunderland position is already open, and Hull,Huddersfield and Middlesboro could all follow, wouldn't be surprised if one of these gave him a shot.

If they are aiming for top 6/promotion that style of play is no longer good enough.

Good side, Brentford.

You lot have a lot to learn about the Championship.

Agreed.

the championship 2017/18 odds are out without Huddersfield/reading

Aston villa 8/1

Fulham 9/1

Middlesborough 10/1

Norwich 10/1

Derby 12/1

Hull 12/1

swfc 12/1

wolves 12/1

sunderland 14/1

leeds 16/1

Birmingham 20/1

sufc 20/1

Brentford 25/1

Bristol city 28/1

Cardiff 33/1

notts forest 33/1

qpr 33/1

Bolton 50/1

Ipswich 50/1

millwall 50/1

preston 50/1

Barnsley 80/1

burton 80/1

Well after just a touch over a quarter of the season gone.... It has changed massively.

PNE are a big one for a change.

Wolves 11/10 - Shortened

Cardiff 5/1 - Shortened

Fulham 11/1 - Increased

Sheffield United 12/1 - Shortened

Aston Villa 14/1 - Increased

Middlesbrough 16/1 - Increased

Preston 18/1 - Shortened

Leeds 20/1 - Increased

Norwich 22/1 - Increased

Bristol City 22/1 - Shortened

Derby 33/1 - Increased

Sheffield Wednesday 40/1 - Increased

Brentford 100/1 - Increased

Hull 100/1 - Increased

Reading 250/1 - Increased

Nottingham Forest 250/1 - Increased

Ipswich 250/1 - Increased

QPR 500/1 - Increased

Millwall 500/1 - Increased

Birmingham 1000/1 - Increased

Sunderland 1500/1 - Increased

Barnsley 2500/1 - Increased

Bolton 5000/1 - Increased

Burton 5000/1 - Increased

With only 5 teams odds shortened, this is hardly suprising. But PNE, Blades, Bristol and Cardiff can all be happy with their starts to the season.

Some teams odds have increased but not doing particularly bad and they're not out of it

If they are aiming for top 6/promotion that style of play is no longer good enough.

It's been good enough, upto now. Some would say CC could learn a thing or two from NW

I did say Preston offered the best value for me.

Never seen as much effort put into digging up old posts.

Baffling, each to their own

It's good to look back at old threads to see how wrong you get it.

I like seeing where I've gone wrong too.

No digs. Just seeing how are doing after a quarter of way through

In fact, if I was attempting a dig, wouldn't I have mentioned the owls in the main post?
