Rock & Soul Covers Band seeks new Drummer

We are a Northern soul / Rock covers / party band five piece brass-section plus all the usual. At the moment we are seven men and two women ages between 20's and 50's. We have a handful of original songs in the set, the rest are a mixture of well-known to obscure soul, dance and rock things with the odd hint of Jazz and Rockabilly.

We've got gigs lined up until September and we usually play about twice a month in a variety of pubs, clubs events and parties. We usually get paid, sometimes a decent amount but there are so many of us it doesn't amount to much.

Our drummer is going away and we're looking to replace him. In terms of style we're looking for funky & rocky. I'd also like someone who's got a bit of a feel for contemporary hip-hop influenced grooves. We rehearse once a week in Sheffield.

I like the tunes you're doing... Snake (tune!!), do you still do Pick Up The Pieces ?
