Puggie   10 #699 Posted August 13, 2017 The UAF are the perfect example of trouble causers counter protesting and looking for a fight .  As far as the psychology is concerned it makes no difference if they are far-right or far-left. Both require rehabilitation to bring them out from the cold.  Both the far-left and the far-right have sacred values which must not be challenged, and anyone who challenges these values are considered evil and a threat to their existence.  This is just a continuation of religion. Tactic worked well against the National Front in 1977 and more recently against the EDL.  Obviously new extreme right wing groups will spring up. Jonny5 Â Â 10 #706 Posted August 15, 2017 The thing here is that Trump didn't want to single out the white Nazis as he got in on the back of voters that basically wanted to Make America White/1955 again. Â This latter group aren't as anything like as overtly racist as the Nazis but he knows that these core voters in the rust belt will sympathise a lot more with the Neo Nazis than they will will the antifa. Â Because of this dynamic expect the US Neo Nazis to become increasingly emboldened.
 Share this content via...

The Joker   10 #708 Posted August 16, 2017 cant understand the furore over this . one group protesting, another group protesting about the protesters , BOTH groups involved in violence against the other group . Trump says both groups were involved were in violence . Where is the problem in telling the truth ?  when did it become socially acceptable to drive a vehicle into a group of civilians with the intention of killing them.  Weren't we united in condemning similar acts of terrorism on the streets of London and Paris a couple of months ago.  Je Suis le French and all that nonsense.
