I see now that Trump is denying he said anything at all, and he was just repeating something he had heard a television reporter saying.

We are talking here about the POTUS, god help us.

This cannot continue, the USA's credence in the eyes of the world is falling hourly.

Is their position in the world rankings so important, do the rest of us need that leadership? just asking

I find it hilarious that Trump is convinced that pretty much everybody is conspiring against him except for the Russians, who are probably the most likely people to conspire against him.

:hihi: He is such a dufus isn't he? Putin would be laughing his socks off, if only he knew how to laugh.

This shows Trump and his cronies up even more, after spending almost his entire presidency so far trying to run down the media as dishonest,Spicer and Trump then quote the media to try to back up their own positions on wiretapping,so they are happy to call them corrupt and dishonest, but still use them when it suits them.

I think they make an exception for Fox. Kind of the reverse of what everybody else does.

Or is he being clever and reinforcing his view to the public that the news media is not always correct ?

No,all he had to do was deny the report on Fox News was correct, not repeat a lie,so he's made himself look more stupid by keeping on repeating a lie that everybody else in the world has told him there is no evidence to back him up.

Report Confirms Fox News’ Napolitano Repeated Russian Media For His British Intelligence Conspiracy Theory

The New York Times has confirmed that Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano sourced his false allegation that former President Barack Obama asked British intelligence to spy on President Donald Trump to a discredited former CIA analyst. This analyst, Larry C. Johnson, floated the conspiracy theory on the Russian state-sponsored news network RT on March 6, the week after Trump’s original accusation that Obama was responsible for an illegal wiretap.

On March 13, Napolitano told hosts of Fox News’ Fox & Friends that Obama circumvented the American intelligence community to ask “the British spying agency” for “transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump” without “American fingerprints.” Napolitano’s claims were cited by White House press secretary Sean Spicer while defending Trump’s baseless claims that Obama wiretapped Trump Tower during the 2016 presidential election.

On March 14, Media Matters uncovered the link between Napolitano's claims and an interview Johnson gave to RT. The New York Times confirmed Media Matters' reporting that Napolitano used Johnson as “one of the sources” for his “claim about British intelligence.” The Times also noted Johnson’s direct involvement in spreading false rumors that video existed of Michelle Obama using a racial slur against white people. From the March 17 article:

Mr. [Andrew] Napolitano’s unlikely leap into global politics can be explained by his friendship with Mr. Trump, whom he met with this year to discuss potential Supreme Court nominees. Mr. Napolitano also has a taste for conspiracy theories, which led him to Larry C. Johnson, a former intelligence officer best known for spreading a hoax about Michelle Obama.

[...]

Mr. Johnson, who was himself once a Fox News contributor, said in a telephone interview that Mr. Napolitano called him on Friday and requested that he speak to The New York Times. Mr. Johnson said he was one of the sources for Mr. Napolitano’s claim about British intelligence.

Mr. Johnson became infamous in political circles after he spread false rumors in 2008 that Michelle Obama had been videotaped using a slur against Caucasians. In the interview on Friday, Mr. Johnson acknowledged his notoriety, but said that his knowledge of surveillance of Mr. Trump came from sources in the American intelligence community. Mr. Napolitano, he said, heard about his information through an intermediary.

Unfortunately, we`ll be rather more exposed to the USA, and every other power (and I`m not just talking countries, I`m talking about corporations like Google or Microsoft) once we leave the EU. That`s just an indisputable fact.

So its agreed that Trump was under surveillance just as every European leader has been , and the CIA admitted to influencing the last French Elections. We all know that we are all under surveillance as the new Wikileaks demonstrates.

It is also well known the GCHQ and the CIA and its affiliated security friends got the UK to screen US citizens and visa versa as that just bent the law.

We all know that Trump is told what to do and think by the very aggressive Russians, because we are told this is so, and as good trusting people we do not question authority, as they know you know. We also know from Wikileaks that the CIA can make a hacking exercise appear to come from anywhere and anyone it likes. So what is fact becomes in the light of new knowledge highly questionable when one can pretend to be someone one is not, and thus incriminate them.

The media and politicians are very anti Russian as in the slaughter in Mosul at the moment of civilians bu the good and the great, which is never mentioned on the news, as opposed to what slaughter in Aleppo where the bloodthirsty Russians were eating new born babies alive, and shooting civilians left right and center. We know this because reporters told us while being 100's of miles away, with serious voices relying on the propaganda they were fed to say in a highly charged emotional way.

So we know that Trump was being watched, listened to, his every move, bit of salacious history splattered all over the media to make people hate him, but he did not give a dam, and confounded the plotters by winning every time. But we know the CIA and security services in the USA are a power unto themselves and getting rid of Flynn stopped what Kennedy stated he would shred the CIA. The CIA are now in control, he has a pretty wife and daughters, and accidents do happen in the USA, which is of course due to Russian hacking.

The USA security services appear to have now got Trump by the testicles, as he is doing something he does not do, he is starting to retract, he is being at last controlled, as Obama was and previous presidents, all subservient to the war machine the security services that aid such prosperity, and Russia, China, North Korea, Iran as well as Syria are again ripe for an invasion or some form of US democracy and freedom.

There's an awful lot of definative statements without a scrap of evidence in that post my friend.

Not only does it not have any evidence it is contrary to all the reports, even Trump is now backtracking but hey ho if you repeat lies someone will believe them. That's how you get an idiot as a President.

So Trump is an IDIOT, 5 times he came back from bankruptcy, and 3 times came back from expensive divorce, despite the failures, now a billionaire, and not forgetting that despite all the media vitriol he is now president.

So what? All that tells me is he has money. No amount of money in the world can make him smart and respected. What kind of man - never mind a president - sends what are tantamount to drunken or threatening tweets? The man has no class whatsoever.

So the people that proudly state Trump is an idiot or whatever, What exactly have they done of any significance whatsoever in their lives to compare with such an IDIOT?

So if Trump is an idiot, what does that make the opinionated, ill informed, media brainwashed, finger pointing, KNOW ALL's on this site???

Who know they might one day qualify for the title of IDIOT but I doubt it.

The Empty headed are well known for making the most noise...INNIT!

I've managed not to become bankrupt 5 times.
