Happy Daddy   10 #18 Posted January 16, 2017 The way I read it im guessing the OP has already changed the colour of the calipers and now wants to return them to standard looking ones I could be wrong though.
 Share this content via...

But then wouldn't he/she already know how to have them painted from the first time?
 Share this content via...

Could it be the calipers came painted from new ,the paint has now burnt off and the op think they may be charged for them repainting so. Wants to have them done before it goes back ? sedith   19 #21 Posted January 16, 2017 If the paint has come off the brake callipers get the lease company to get it sorted, after all it is their vehicle and not really your problem? Next time you lease look for a vehicle with cast brake callipers that don't need painting. I must admit I've not checked mine but I'm sure they are metal and not painted. Jog_on   10 #23 Posted January 22, 2017 If its a lease car, its not yours, its basically criminal damage.  Rubbish. He's simply wanting to rectify damage done and put it back to standard to avoid charges. It's what is expected.  ---------- Post added 22-01-2017 at 11:53 ----------  I can't believe the negative unnecessary comments on here. The guy has a lease car. He's obligated under the terms of his lease to return it in good condition, with some reasonable wear and tear.  He didn't ask any of you whether or not he should do it. He asked if you knew of anywhere that does it.
 Share this content via...
