Xbox one..after some game recomendations

Due to pick my Xbox up Thursday, I'm after some games

 

Would love a 2 player racing game ....but fun like Mario kart used to be

 

I'm getting gow4 with console which I love but would love some more shoot em ups (not cod) too

 

Does anyone know which/if any Tom Clancy 360 games will work on the one ?

What do you mean by "more shoot them up like GOW4 but not COD"?

 

Do you mean FPS like COD (but not COD, in which case perhaps Battlefield or Halo 5?), or are you strictly after third person view (like GOW), or do you mean arcade-like shmups (in which case I'd say the backwards-compatible Ikaruga & Metal Slugs (3 & XX) are a must)?

Thank you, yeah you guessed right, just never got on with cod but do like first and third person shoot em ups, plenty for me now to get bought and get playing
