Help needed to transfer from windows 7 to windows 10

I have just got a windows 10 laptop and have managed to transfer all of the stuff I wanted with the exception of my Solitaire and spider solitaire games.

I know new versions of these games can easily be got free but I cannot get along with them, I've tried.

Does anyone know how to somehow copy these two games between computers.

I look forward to any advice.

We had problems with windows 10. Sorted in the end though so you should be alright.
