Twoflags   10 #1 Posted November 30, 2016 I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm in need of a good quality 2 meter female 30 pin to lightning cable. My car currently has an MMI system which unfortunately only supports the older 30 pin connector, in their infinite wisdom they decided to fit the connection in the glove box (great idea for safety etc but pants for practicality). I've tried searching but can only find 20cm runs or decidedly cheap cables that I'm confident won't last.
 Share this content via...

The official Apple ones have a built in DAC and allow the music control interface to work (note: the cable linked above has to have a separate audio cable as no DAC). Your best option is an official Apple converter and a fully wired lightning extension cable (again, the cheaper ones might only have the cables required for charging present). Jerky   10 #4 Posted December 2, 2016 Belkin. They make better quality cables than apple do. I have a 2 meter 30pin to lightning. As for the dac, i think so but youd better off double checking with belkin
 Share this content via...
