Charlton v Blades - 26/11/16

Recommended Posts

The Blades Express keeps steaming on!

It is a shame that we conceded at the death however it is a solid point on the road never the less and it comes against a team who will be sniffing at top 6 football come the end of the season.

I will happily take it and stretch our unbeaten run to 15 games!.....We will beat Walsall now and take a positive point advantage, this will then move us back into second place.

I feel a hiding for Walsall on Tuesday night!

Your lot will fail yet again while we go up as champs.

Most significant result for us today was Scunny drawing at home. I suspect they might lose ground over the season

I'll take that! Game in hand, unbeaten in 15, top by January 2017... Happy days.

Charlton will be in the playoffs end of the season.

By all accounts you were a very lucky team to get a draw today. Went on a couple of Charlton message boards and they were in despair. Congrats on your new manager Karl Robinson :hihi:

Looking at the stats that's 2 points dropped.

More importantly, no win in one!

Agreed, but these things happen.

But it is good to see that we are still performing well and can still be disappointed.

Scunthorpe drew, so no points dropped in that context, pulled away from Bradford a little. Lost ground on Bolton.

Considering Charlton are a decent side, it's not a bad point overall, just disappoiting with a last minute goal.

On we go.

Great interview by Chris Wilder on RS after the game,it has to be the best after match interview by a Blades boss in a decade.
