Recommended Posts

Currently the River Don from Penistone to Kelham Island, The River Sheaf and Porterbrook and Blackburn Brook Catchment are on Flood Alert.

Hoping the link works as I'm on my phone.

Thank you - link works.

Pity I don't seem to get EA flood alerts any more.

I'm not surprised. It's been lashing it down non-stop all day and I've just seen some thunder and lightning too.

Some bad flooding outside the fireworks shop on London Road. Heavy traffic. Avoid if possible :)

Supertram have posted on Twitter that they aren't running a Blue Route service between Sheffield Station & Gleadless Townend while the Purple Route's cancelled altogether - all due to flooding (Spring Lane / Arbourthorne Rd area yet again I believe)
