Good old Kevin McCabe, at last he's untying the purse strings, it's just a pity that it's not for the good of United.

I think he would be wise keeping some money for next season (as I think the Blades will go up) to build a squad to compete with he gulf in class!

What do you think Blades?

I think it is great for the city centre, but this won't just benefit blades, but also fans of other teams and people who aren't interested in football.

Great to hear.

didnt we already have terraces and escalators on that bit? the dark dingy bits below the car park where the chippy and arcade used to be, with the skinheads hanging around the balcony

We've tried to buy our way out of the division speedy.Chairman get bored with throwing money down the drain year on year and eventually pull the plug.

Change of tack

We've got ourselves a class manager and a bunch of players who 100% buy in to his principles.....and you know what....it seems to be working out just fine:)

I think people should stop mongering and look at the facts.

McCabe's main businesses are his property companies and these are nothing to do with Sheffield United Football Club in the slightest.

As for putting money into Sheffield United Football Club or lack of as people like to think............Change the record because the accounts reflect a completely different story!

Ridiculous to link two completely different businesses and the scaremonger when firm fact exists that proves you to be incorrect!

Good to hear a local investor is getting on board as well. Slowly but surely we are beginning to see this Leigh Bramall fella wielding his influence over Julie Dore and things are starting to happen.

If McCabe investing in his other projects is a detriment to our club then, please Mr McCabe, crack on, this unbeaten run is going pretty good.

SUFC chairman invests in the city. This can only be good news for all Sheffield residents no matter what team they support. Not really a surprise however.

What would be a surprise is if SWFC did something that the rest of the city could be proud of.
