Advice in relation to tyre pressure

Recommended Posts

Can anyone advise me of the correct tyre pressure for a Vauxhall Mokka 1.6.

The handbook is confusing ?

Many thanks.

It will depend if it's a front or rear and if vehicle is loaded or just one person in it

I mean both the front and rear tyres and the vehicle has a maximum of three passengers including the driver

For a 1.6 petrol is around 29-30 psi

On a door or door jamb you will find a plaque/label like this:

https://www.puretyre.co.uk/vauxhall-mokka-tyre-pressure-placard/

Identify the tyres you have on your car and inflate to those pressures (in differing units: psi, bar or Kpa), front and rear axle, normal loading or fully

loaded.

Stick you're reg number in "HERE".

That's neat - I wasn't aware of that site.

But the pressures given are not what the placard on the car suggests(?).
