Hairdresser in NGH

Does anyone know if there's a service within the NGH for hairdressing or of anyone mobile that visits the wards? My Grandmother has been in hospital a while now and is desperate for a wash and blow dry.

Think there is ask the staff they will tell you, my husband was in recently and there was one on his ward.

I'm not sure there is a hairdresser solely working within the NGH but I'm sure that someone would be allowed to come in and do her hair for her.

Ask the ward staff. I'm sure that there might be a niche there for someone - having your hair done when you're not feeling very well can really buck you up.

When wife was in NGH there was a hairdresser that visited the ward on a regular basis.

 

This couple of years back so may have changed now. Suggest you ask the staff on the ward.
