The glass and timber building alongside the St Paul's hotel The building is close to the Stainless steel ball bearing sculptures at the back of the peace gardens and runs through to Surry Street Where it opens onto an open space bordered by the City Library and graves art Gallery the Lyceum Theatre and the Crucible Theatre and a range of bars and coffee shop.
