Last time I was in there, someone had scribbled the code on the wall.

Good on them.

where are the winter gardens ?

The Winter Garden. The glass and timber building alongside the St Paul's hotel The building is close to the Stainless steel ball bearing sculptures at the back of the peace gardens and runs through to Surry Street Where it opens onto an open space bordered by the City Library and graves art Gallery the Lyceum Theatre and the Crucible Theatre and a range of bars and coffee shop.

The St Paul's Hotel is at the back of the Town Hall.

The council must be flushed with success for the money they are saving...if we had that sort of dosh, we would probably pee it all against the wall

There are a few shops where you are able to use the Toilets under this agreement.

The L.A.V.S agreement. The ones I know of are:

 The various Spoons pubs

Marks and Spencer

Debenhams

Millennium Gallery

The pub at the library side of the winter garden...can't think of the name.

The Moor Markets
