I suppose this thread proves that eveyone has different tastes in pubs but for me the Bankers Draft has to be one of the worst examples of a pub I have ever been in,infact the only pub I like less is the Weatherspoons oppisite coles which is even worse.

The Sheaf View, Heeley is by far the best pub in sheffield.

Not one Commercialised mass produced or American larger on sale. Just good beer !!

The Birley Hotel is the best.. of a bad bunch.

 

Mind you, the Noahs Ark at Intake has come on leaps and bounds of late. Trouble is the Friday night pub singers.. not bad, just too damn loud (and that from a rock fan too LOL). Magnet is good too.

 

Best town pub has to be The Sporty on Cambridge Street.

why not compile a list of the best pubs in each area so if your there you know where to go?

Actually in Upperthorpe.

 

It is open again, I tried to get to it yesterday, but I gave up, because it was getting dark.

i think the best pub in sheffield is the wisewood inn! ITS QUITE BUT U HAVE ALL THE THINGS U WOUD WANT IN A PUB!
