Just to clarify to save the repeat advice,you can only get in touch with the on-line reporting line once it's captive and have the details.At the moment it's on my garage roof and won't come to hand.

 

Use the basin, stick and rope method dude! :D

You didn't read any of the parts of my posts where I carefully explained it's not captive then ?

It's still here and still sitting on my garage roof.
