Just to clarify to save the repeat advice,you can only get in touch with the on-line reporting line once it's captive and have the details.At the moment it's on my garage roof and won't come to hand.

 

Use the basin, stick and rope method dude!

Just leave it be. My mum had one that used to skive every summer and sit in her garden. If you report it.... it won't have a nice ending.

You didn't read any of the parts of my posts where I carefully explained it's not captive then ?

It's still here and still sitting on my garage roof.
