I've not seen it so can't comment on the game but why change a winning team? Ok, Hutch couldn't play but why make further changes? Let's be right Carlos got away with it on Tuesday and he made umpteen changes to a winning team then.

I don't think squad rotation goes down well in this country. I know it doesn't with me. Annoyed.

 

Jim., at some point last season Burnley went eight games without a win and won the league. Brighton only lost four and didn't go up, just saying !

It was a good performance except for Westwoods rush of blood,if you had told me the score would have been 1-2 after watching the 1st half I would never have believed you,Fletcher was outstanding and thought we should have kept him on.

Was Pudil injured?I thought we had bought Reach has a winger.

He didn't change a winning team, forestieri and Wallace played in the much improve 2nd half against Bristol, Hutch was enforced, Pudil enforced.

 

First 20 minutes we should have been 1 up at least, then from 1 up to let 2 in is shocking. We can't defend and even Westwood isn't free from blame now. Having said that, its early days and when we're good we can beat anyone, just got to find a way to grind results out

First half even we scored First but went backwards & stopped playing, then Booooooooooooooom a loss

 

I can't believe a small formation change by Rowett, or Rowell or whatever his name is, could change the 30th to 45th minutes so radically.

We took command again for the first 6 minutes of the 2nd half and then

 

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!

 

Couldn't believe my eyes.

 

NOT ONLY should Maghoma have not been allowed to let the ball bounce, control it, look around for a full two seconds and then loft the ball to their striker like he was trying to get the ball in to the waste paper bin in the dressing room, but Westwood should have been out and put the ball in his pocket. It was a slow, slow motion affair.

If Maghoma had hung on another second or two, I could have made it from my house.

Shocking defending out wide, even worse in the middle, and Westwood was err....... not very good.

It was another bad day, but we will get better and we'll be there or thereabouts.

We've got a good side.

Apparently CC's not bothered about letting goals in. He'd rather win 10-9 than 1-0.

Not sure I agree.

We not the team of last season.defensivly poor.not strong enough in midfield fezzi not firing like he was.Waiting for abdi too shine.I wont mention the chap up front.

Why play an out and out winger at fullback when we have Sasso, Reach looks good going forward but never a fullback. I would have left Abdi out.

The Owls have too many midfielders who like to pass the ball about too much instead of shooting to score goals,o.k they score now and again but not regular enough,just wish we had someone John Sheridan in our side who could spray the ball about and also shoot for goal,Carlos and is side switching does not help any player wanting to get confidence up,so wants to stop changing the side too much,Abdi does not seem to fit into the side yet,we want Reach as a Left winger not left back,Will Carlos change the side again for the next match?

After Dave hit the bar their bloke falls on the floor with 3 of our guys around him and still gets up with the ball,I still blame Westwood for this defeat though.

 

Westwood's gaffs didn't help, but some others weren't up to scratch either.

Like I said earlier, I'm not a coach or an analyst but something's going wrong down both flanks for us.

Reach did ok, but he's not a full back. Palmer did ok.

Lees did pretty well, Loovens was a bit dodgy at times (penalty 'claims' and awl dat)

Credit Rowett for altering his formation, but we're a better side than Birmingham and their win shocked their fans as much as it shocked us.

Four wins on the bounce and he still thinks we're bad, I take that as a compliment.

 

WOW. Go back a few weeks and nearly every Blade was moaning and groaning a tad.

Just watched the goals now, big Dave (I'll call him that as no clue how to spell his name) was unlucky it was a good header, you looked like us under Adkins at the back for their winner though backing off too much. They're lad had time to fall over and get back up and no one tackled him. Donaldson is a right diving git but there was no doubt for the penalty either. Thought Fletcher did brilliantly to set Hooper up as well.
