Cyclone   10 #76 Posted August 19, 2017 My biggest gripe at the moment is the bloody super hub and it's random lag spikes. My tank just drove straight into the sea due to the lag suddenly spiking to 500ms, then a few seconds later it's fine again. It's a known issue with a fault in the chipset. Becky B Â Â 31 #81 Posted August 23, 2017 Mine's been a bit patchy but I thought it was my laptop. Not at home this week though so I can't be completely up to date! Still not worth going with another provider for me though.
 Share this content via...

I haven't had any problems at all. I have always been getting 110mbit for a 100mbit connection. Virgin always try to give 10% extra bandwidth of advertised speeds to account for some losses.  Virgin has always given me a very reliable service. sheffandy   33 #83 Posted August 23, 2017 Mine's been a bit patchy but I thought it was my laptop. Not at home this week though so I can't be completely up to date! Still not worth going with another provider for me though.  Why? It's overpriced rubbish. I more tham halfed my BB bill when I backheeled them. They didn't even put up an attempt to keep me and I had been with cable for 16 years! I run about 6/7 devices off my router now no problem with no loss of connection, whereas before my Virgin router couldn't cope with just 3 connections to it before it dropped connection.
