El Cid   220 #37 Posted September 5, 2016 Rotherham Council dealt with my complaint regarding parents on the school run parking and waiting on the junction near where i live, said they would look into the problem and monitor it. Yellow lines went down in May, job done.  I sent an email to the local policing team, I just noticed a car parked badly with its rear end sticking out. Turns out to have no car tax. It was only 2 days ago, not heard anything yet. I would not park like that for a few hours, this car has been like this for a few days.
