Hello

There is no software that could transfer pictures from android phone to iOS, as android and apple servers ain't collaborative at all. The best solution is to create a folder with all pictures on your computer in main Pictures folder, and then synchronise pictures with iphone, choosing the newly created folder, that should back up pictures on iCloud too if you choose to.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day!

Depending on how many photos / videos you have you could sign up for a dropbox account. You get 2 GB free.

Then install app and auto upload photos...

Then install on the iphone to view (they are stored in the cloud , saves space on the phone)

Google photos will also do a similar thing , and they have been pushing this as they have a function to delete backed up photos off the phone (pretty useful with limited storage iphones).

Download the Google photos app on your android - have it back up all your pictures to google.

Then download google hoots on your iPhone and sign in to that.
