That's a shame. However I've always found City Road Cemetery Bereavement Services, suggested by Tuppie, courteous and helpful....

No, I just tried it with all the details for someone on your link and no records found. My friend who subscribes to Ancestry has just done a search for me all the details I have are correct but it says no records, yet I know she is buried at Shiregreen cemetery.
